Yes. NudgePay is built on the official WhatsApp Business API — all messages are policy-compliant, delivered through a verified business number, and use pre-approved templates. No risk of account bans from unofficial automation tools.
NudgePay currently integrates natively with Zoho Books (more being added). Enterprise customers can request custom ERP integrations via our API. Zapier and Make connections are also available for no-code workflows.
When a payment is received and marked paid — NudgePay notifies relevant stakeholders, and syncs the status back to your connected accounting software. No manual reconciliation required.
NudgePay uses bank-grade encryption (AES-256) for all data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. We do not store or process payment credentials — all payments are made directly by clients to service providers.
